Description
This course presents developmentally appropriate formal and informal assessments, including observational techniques for assessing the development and learning of young children. Students will learn how to use specific tools and the data generated from them and how to inform effective decision-making and instructional planning. Also addressed are ethical and legal considerations as well as other related issues and controversies.
