    Description

    This course demonstrates the interrelationships of various disciplines within the social studies: history, geography, civics, economics, and sociology. Participants are exposed to strategies for introducing children to social institutions and concepts such as the family, sportsmanship, diversity, and community. (Service Project with an Agency Required) Prerequisites: Class rank of Junior and admitted to the Teacher Education Program
