Founded in 1897 by a black woman barely older than some of today's students, Voorhees College has a rich history and a bright future. We are a fully accredited historically black liberal arts college on a campus with buildings that have earn distinction for their historical significance but where wireless online access is available throughout. Through our long standing affiliation with the Episcopal Church, we focus on developing students spiritually as well as intellectually.
Voorhees College offers programs in the areas of Arts and Sciences, Business and Professional Studies, General Studies and Teacher Education. Students can earn a B. S. degree upon completion of the required coursework.
